Typographical Errors

MPTOOLS.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MPTOOLS.COM shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

MPTOOLS.COM reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. MPTOOLS.COM is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by

Sales Taxes
MPTOOLS.COM shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York state. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Shipping
Free and $1.99 Shipping only applies to cables or offers that specifically state
Free or $1.99 shipping. $1.99 shipping is applied per cable. UPS is recommended for large orders. Users not ordering cables
or items that list Free shipping should not select $1.99 shipping or Free
shipping at checkout. UPS or appropriate shipping charges will be added to the customers bill in the event the user selects inappropriate shipping
type. In no case will the shipping be adjusted to an amount over $4.95
without prior authorization from the customer.
Lifetime Warrantee on Cables
Cables have a lifetime warrantee. A cable found defective may be returned for a replacement. Cables will be replaced at the discretion of mptools.com service department. Cables showing obvious signs of abuse will not be replaced.
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against MPTOOLS.COM LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the MPTOOLS.COM sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in New York State.
